Shipping Policy

All Canadian and continental U.S. consumer orders are eligible for free expedited small parcel shipping at no extra cost for any order over $100.

 

Return Policy

At Baktuli we try to provide sufficient information about our merchandise, if you have any questions prior to purchasing a product we would be happy to answer them. Simply email info@baktuli.com.

We have a 15 day refund or exchange policy. If you wish to exchange an item the total amount will be credited towards your next order. Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in unused and undamaged condition with all tags and packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Please email us within 8 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise must arrive back at Baktuli no more than 20 days from the time you placed your order. All returns must be in 100% new condition, not used or washed/dry cleaned with all tags in place. Please ensure returned items are packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns.

Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items

You may only cancel your order via telephone or email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Baktuli may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available – in most instances we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to discuss your order. In the event of partial orders, Baktuli will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock from your order. All orders will be confirmed with you via e-mail prior to delivery and after we receive your payment. Thanks!
